Booking a Private Wood Sign Workshop at Crafted is a great way to bring people together to celebrate special events! Our Private Wood Sign Workshops are perfect for Birthday Parties of all ages (8 years and older), Bachelorette Parties, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Fundraiser Events, Church Gatherings, Corporate Team Building Events, Sports & Extracurricular Activity Group Events, Girl/Boy Scout Troupes, and so much more!

Look Mom and Dad, your kiddos will craft their very own sign! They will learn distressing patterns, staining and faux finish techniques, and stencil painting, nurturing their curiosity for DIY fun! Who knows, maybe one of them is the next HGTV Star!

Each Kid Crafter will register for their own Mini Planked Sign, providing any personalization or customization requests, and as always, each Crafter will choose their own wood, distressing patterns, stain/faux finishing techniques, and paint colors in the studio during the event!

Being ON FLEEK is everything to kids these days, and Crafted offers the latest in decor trends, offering Tweenies and Teens a space to be creative and unique with their very own Wood Sign that fits their personal style!

Each Crafter will register for their own Small Planked Signs, providing any personalization or customization requests, and as always, each Crafter will choose their own wood, distressing patterns, stain/faux finishing techniques, and paint colors in the studio during the event!

 ADULT PRIVATE PARTIES & EVENTS

If you’re planning a Girls Night Out, Neighborhood Social Gathering, Birthday Party, Bachelorette Party, Bridal or Baby Shower, or Couples Retreat, Crafted offers a unique experience for everyone! And, no skill or creativity is needed, just a willingness to have fun!!

Each Crafter will register for their own Project, providing any personalization or customization requests, and as always, each Crafter will choose their own wood, distressing patterns, stain/faux finishing techniques, and paint colors in the studio during the event!

1.  REVIEW OUR CALENDAR FOR AVAILABLE DATE AND TIME THAT WORKS FOR YOU

  • If you are considering a time slot that would otherwise be a Public Workshop, if no one has registered for that scheduled workshop, we can remove it from the calendar in lieu of your private event. Just inquire about the availability and we will let you know if it is open.

2.  MINIMUM REQUIREMENT IS 6 PEOPLE FOR OUR MATINEE SLOTS ENDING BEFORE 4PM OR 12 PEOPLE FOR OUR EVENING SLOTS BEGINNING AFTER 5PM

  • Minimum of 6 or 12 people ~however~ up to 2 people can craft a single wood craft together, which would count as a single person
    • Once the minimum number of people have registered, the deposit is refunded on the day of the event
  • Maximum occupants depends on the kind of workshop that is reserved:
    • 6-Foot Plank Workshop has a Maximum of 8 people
    • Double-Sided Plank Workshop has a Maximum of 16 people
    • Standard Planked Signs Workshop has a Maximum of 24 people
    • Trays Workshop has a Maximum of 24 people
    • Planter Boxes Workshop has a Maximum of 24 people
    • Rounds & Ovals Workshop has a Maximum of 24 people
    • Medium Planked Signs Workshop has a Maximum of 24 people
    • Frames Workshop has Maximum of 24 people
    • Mini Planked Signs Workshop has Maximum of 24 people

3.  PAY $100 DEPOSIT

  • Deposit is refunded on the day of the event, as long as minimum number of people have registered and the workshop isn’t cancelled within 5 days of the booking.

4.  CHOOSE YOUR WORKSHOP

  • Price is determined on a Per Person/Project basis and is dependent on the kind of workshop that is chosen, which include:
    • Double-Sided Plank Workshop – $79.50* per registered project
    • 6-Foot Plank Workshop – $69.50* per registered project
    • Standard Planked Signs Workshop – $59.50* per registered project
    • Trays Workshop – $54.50* per registered project
    • Planter Boxes Workshop – $54.50* per registered project
    • Rounds & Ovals Workshop – $49.50* per registered project
    • Medium Planked Signs Workshop – $49.50* per registered project
    • Frames Workshop – $39.50* per registered project
    • Mini Planked Signs Workshop – $34.50* per registered project

*plus 6.25% sales tax

CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING EVENT

If you’re tasked with organizing your company’s team building activity or holiday party, you’ve come to the right place! Crafted, Frisco’s original wood craft studio, offers a unique, fun, and rewarding experience for your whole team! Each Team Member have the opportunity to pick their own design within the chosen workshop, provide any desired personalization or customization requests, and as always, each Team Member will choose their own wood, distressing patterns, stain/faux-finishing techniques, and paint colors in the studio during the event!

Frequently Asked Questions

Does everyone do the same project?

  • No. Attendees can choose from any of the signs offered in the chosen workshop
  • We cannot offer differing price points, such as mixing $55 Small Planked Signs with our $85 Double-sided Signs
  • We cannot offer differing sign types, like mixing Trays with Rounds & Ovals or with Standard Planked Signs, because the process for each workshop is different with differing steps.

 

You don’t have the design I want, can I do something custom?

  • Yes! We will happily customize a sign for you!
    • Must give at least 5 days notice (prior to date of event), please don’t wait until the last minute, as time will not permit it

 

How will my guests sign up for my event?

  • Upon receipt of payment of either the deposit or pre-paid group, a private party link will be provided for all guests to register
  • Guests will have until 48 hours prior to the date of the event to register.
  • Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accommodate after deadline registrations, as we must prepare every guest’s custom stencil and the wood necessary for the workshop

 

Can I bring food/beverages?

  • Absolutely! Whatever you would like to bring to snack on or drink during your time here is a-okay with us!
  • We do recommend that snacks be small finger foods and not full meals, as this is an intensive experience that utilizes our hands for the majority of the workshop leaving very little time to eat large meals.
  • We do have plates, napkins, and plasticware available.

 

Do you serve alcohol?

  • No. We are a Bring Your Own Beverage (BYOB) establishment. And no, it doesn’t have to be alcoholic.
  • We do have cups, corkscrews, bottle openers, and complimentary water available for Crafters, but we do not serve alcohol.
  • Sometimes, we partner up with other locals companies who sponsor FREE alcohol to anyone attending the event. You do not have to register for the workshop in order to enjoy the free fair, but no one associated with Crafted, either an associate, employee, agent, or partner, is permitted to pour any sponsored alcoholic beverages. It is a Serve Yourself establishment.
  • According to Texas State Law, you must 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages of any kind. Proof of minimum age must be provided.
