At the time of registration for a Public Class or Private Party, selection of a project and custom or personalizing information will be required for preparation of materials. It is imperative that you double-check for proper spelling of names, dates, and all other information required for the project to ensure your project stencil and materials are prepared properly. Changes or corrections to any information can be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org up to three (3) days prior to the date of the reservation at no additional costs. In the event a change or correction is submitted within the three days of your reservation, a Materials & Administration Fee of $20 will be required at the time of the request.
All reservations made are non-refundable. Due to customizing preparations required for projects, no less than a 48-hour notice for cancellation of a reservation is required. At the time of the cancellation, a new reservation can be made, or a store credit for a future studio session may be issued. Please contact us for further details.

By reserving a class or party within the Crafted Studio, you understand and accept that you will be handling real tools, including but not limited to Hammers, Mallets, Screws, Power Drills, Electric Heat-guns, Hot Glue Guns, Sandpaper, Exact-O Knives, Oil-based Stains, Latex Paint, Sealants, and Textiles during the workshop.
You recognize there may certain inherent risks in participating in the workshops held in the Crafted Studio, and agree to take all necessary and required precautions, including observing all policies, recommendations, directions, rules, and warnings provided verbally or in writing by the employees, agents, or representatives of Crafted.
You understand and accept the possibility that you may be exposed, among other things, to loud noises, smashed fingers or thumbs, scraps and cuts, stained clothing, chipped or stained nails/manicures, and burns. On this knowledge and acceptance, you agree to accept full responsibility for any injuries sustained during the workshop. *First Aid is available on premises for minor injuries, should they occur.
You understand and accept responsibility for any damages caused to any tools, equipment, furniture, furnishings, or the facilities belonging to Crafted, to the extent that you, solely or in part, caused such damages.
I HAVE READ THE POLICIES AND SAFETY WAIVER AS PRESENTED HEREIN ABOVE AND ACKNOWLEDGE MY UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THEM, AS INDICATED BY MY CHECKING OF THE BOX LABELED “AGREEMENT OF POLICIES AND WAIVER” PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF THE RESERVATION.
You hereby grant M&M Creative, LLC, D/B/A “Crafted” permission to use your likeness in photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
You understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the M&M Creative, LLC, D/B/A “Crafted” and will not be returned.
You hereby irrevocably authorize the M&M Creative, LLC, D/B/A “Crafted” to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
You hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge M&M Creative, LLC, D/B/A “Crafted” from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
